About me – Emma Pendiuc

I have been a television show producer for 20 years, and this has been my childhood dream. I remember that the first words I read in the first grade were “TELEVIZIUNEA ROMÂNĂ,” words that appeared on the screen of the black-and-white television before the evening program started on TVR1, before 1989. I have gone through all the stages of this beautiful profession, from reporter to talk show host, with hundreds of hours of live broadcasts, to presenting entertainment shows, various galas, and beloved folk music festivals and programs. One of my fondest memories is the warmth and joy of the audience I felt on the stage of the Palatul Hall in Chișinău, in the show “Dorul Basarabiei,” conducted by Maestro Nicolae Botgros, in the distinguished company of some of the most appreciated performers, such as Ion Paladi and Sofia Vicoveanca. But I can say with all my heart that the show that truly shaped my professional and personal path is “Drumul Succesului” (broadcast on TVR1 and TVR2). Here, I had the opportunity to interview some of the most successful people in Romania and learn about their way of thinking, what secrets, steps, and decisions they made to achieve the remarkable performances that many only dream of, and to live fulfilling lives.

However, equally dear to me is film, especially children’s film. In 2010, I founded the first film and television school for children in Romania, practically inventing this concept, as well as a unique educational communication method that has helped thousands of children and adults (through the “Camera Loves You” program) overcome emotional barriers, stage fright, and shyness, enabling them to become natural and authentic in front of the camera and a wide audience.

The “Micile Vedete” Film and Television School, www.micilevedete.ro, is a unique educational project in Romania and worldwide, blending film technique and acting courses with film production for children. Over the years, we have produced more than 45 children’s films, which were watched by hundreds of thousands of children across the country as part of the “Micile Vedete” Caravan in schools. The best of these films were selected and participated in the prestigious Cannes Film Festival for five consecutive years, as well as in major international children’s film festivals worldwide.

As a result of these achievements, our school is a member of the International Center for Children’s and Youth Film (CIFEJ) – the only global organization of professionals in the field of children’s film, founded by UNESCO. I was personally elected as a member of the Board of this organization, and in January 2023, for the second time, I was elected Vice President of CIFEJ by members from over 40 countries.

With all this experience behind me, and taking into account my university training in Sociology, I decided to closely study the Science of Thinking, Mental Programming and Reprogramming, Mindset, and thus became an accredited consultant of the Proctor Gallagher Institute of Mindset and the Science of Thinking in the USA. Over the past 3 years, I have experienced the greatest professional fulfillment by helping my clients transform their lives for the better, helping them achieve long-forgotten dreams, and find a new path to success in all areas of their lives, one that is much easier and more heartwarming.

I realized that the greatest good I can do in this world is to put all my experience and energy into delivering a single message through all the communication channels I know so well. And this message is: “You, Man, discover who you truly are, what immense powers lie within you, and use them to evolve yourself and to help those who wish to evolve alongside you. You are Love. You are Light. You have within you the power to materialize any great and good dream you set for yourself. And because I have found this path, I will help you walk it. The Path of Success is yours.
